End User Licence Agreement

Last updated: 29 June 2026

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Boogie Bales and governs your use of boogiebales.co.uk, the customer and trade dashboards, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service to browse products, place orders, and manage your account or organisation.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account, including orders placed.
  • Trade accounts and shared farm dashboards are subject to invitation and approval.

3. Orders, pricing and delivery

  • Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies.
  • Minimum and maximum order quantities apply (20–150 bales per delivery).
  • Delivery windows are estimates; we will contact you to arrange a slot.
  • Trade customers with approved 30-day terms agree to pay invoices in full by the due date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
  • Submit false orders or impersonate another person or business.
  • Use the Service to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.

5. Intellectual property

The site, branding, product photography and content are owned by Boogie Bales or our suppliers. You may not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product suitability is your responsibility; please review each product description before ordering.

7. Liability

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this Agreement. You can close your account at any time by emailing us; outstanding invoices remain payable.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
